Deputy Headteacher & DSL Introduction

Dear all, 

I am Marc Windsor and I am deputy Headteacher here at Kingston School. I am also the Designated Safeguarding Lead. I was the Creator of Kingston School with Mr L Radford being the third owner.

I wish Liam the best with running Kingston. I will be working alongside him as Senior Leadership in the Safeguarding Department. My aim for the Safeguarding Department here at Kingston is to make it one of the most developed Safeguarding Departments in all Ro-Edu, and I am do do this by:

• Developing a safe and calm Safeguarding area in the campus;

• Hiring many Staff members as Safeguarding Officers;

• Training members of the Senior Leadership team to work alongside me as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead's;

• Setting up a Wellbeing room and Timeout passes for pupils who need it most.

I hope that I can succeed with the Safeguarding Department here at Kingston like I am succeeding with Safeguarding Departments in Other Ro-Schools.
